摘要
为有效掌握不同影响因素对新老混凝土粘结性能的影响规律,本文通过劈拉试验、双剪试验和斜剪试验开展了新老混凝土粘结面的力学性能分析。试验结果表明:经不同纤维配合比添加,均能不同程度的提升新老混凝土粘结面的力学性能,按提升幅度大小排序为:劈拉强度的提升幅度>双剪强度的提升幅度>斜剪强度的提升幅度;B型~E型界面剂在3种力学性能指标中的提升幅度排序规律是一致的,只是提升幅度不同,且C型界面剂对新老混凝土的粘结性能相对最好;随粗糙度等级增加,新老混凝土粘结面的力学性能也随之提高,只是粗糙度达到一定程度后,其对新老混凝土粘结面力学性能的提升效果就趋于减弱,并以Ⅲ级粗糙度的力学性能最佳。
In order to effectively grasp the influence of different influencing factors on the bonding performance of new and old concrete,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the bonding surface of new and old concrete through splitting tensile test,double shear test and oblique shear test.The test results show that the mechanical properties of the bonding surface of new and old concrete can be improved to varying degrees by adding different fi⁃ber mix ratios.According to the magnitude of the increase,the order is:the increase of splitting tensile strength>the increase of double shear strength>the increase of oblique shear strength.The order of the increase of B-type~E-type interfacial agent in the three mechanical performance indexes is consistent,but the increase is different,and the bonding performance of C-type interfacial agent to new and old concrete is relatively best.With the increase of roughness grade,the mechanical properties of the bonding surface of new and old concrete also increase.However,after the roughness reaches a certain level,the improvement effect of the mechanical properties of the bonding sur⁃face of new and old concrete tends to weaken,and the mechanical properties of gradeⅢroughness are the best.
