摘要
目的为解决包装废弃物回收过程中面临的复杂决策问题,构建一种基于网络分析法(ANP)的包装废弃物回收评价模型。方法通过文献综述、问卷调查和专家咨询,确定了环境、经济、社会和技术等4个维度的16项具体评价指标为影响因素,并选取传统社区回收站回收(A)、包装企业自主回收(B)和第三方专业公司回收(C)为评价方案,建立了指标间的网络关系,利用Super Decision软件计算指标权重和方案综合得分,构建了包装废弃物回收评价模型。结果第三方专业公司回收模式在综合绩效上表现最优,而技术创新能力和环境效益是影响回收方案优劣的核心因素,其权重系数分别为0.416和0.238。采用J市的调研数据检验了模型的有效性和合理性。结论基于ANP的包装废弃物回收评价模型能够全面、客观地评估包装废弃物回收方案的综合性能,为决策者提供科学依据,对推动可持续包装管理具有重要意义。
The work aims to construct a recycling evaluation model for packaging waste based on the analytic network process(ANP)to solve the complex decision-making problems faced in the recycling process of packaging waste.Through literature review,questionnaire surveys,and expert consultations,16 specific evaluation indicators across four dimensions,namely environmental,economic,social,and technological,were identified as influencing factors.Additionally,three evaluation schemes were selected:traditional community recycling stations(A),self-recycling by packaging enterprises(B),and recycling by third-party professional companies(C).The network relationships among the indicators were established,and the super decision software was utilized to calculate the indicator weights and comprehensive scores of the schemes,constructing an evaluation model for packaging waste recycling.The recycling mode of third-party professional companies performed the best in terms of comprehensive performance.Technological innovation capabilities and environmental benefits were the core factors affecting the quality of recycling schemes,with weight coefficients of 0.416 and 0.238,respectively.The survey data of City J were used to test the effectiveness and rationality of the model.In conclusion,the evaluation model for packaging waste recycling based on ANP can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of the recycling schemes for packaging waste.It provides a scientific basis for decision-makers,and is of great significance for promoting sustainable packaging management.
