含反应性微凝胶结构的PVAc乳液及其在感光胶中的应用

摘要 目的针对传统重氮感光胶存在的交联密度低及耐水性差的问题,本文以聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液为基体,通过引入多官能团交联单体季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PET4A),探究交联单体季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PET4A)的改性作用,制备出高性能的感光胶用聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液。方法采用种子乳液聚的方式,制备一种含反应性微凝胶结构的PVAc乳液,通过PET4A的多官能团交联特性,在乳液内部形成微凝胶网络结构。对乳液及感光胶进行各项测试与性能进行分析感光胶的耐水耐溶剂能力。结果当PET4A添加量为单体的7.5%和10%能明显改善感光胶的耐水和耐溶剂性能。结论由耐刮性等测试结果可知,本文制备的感光胶用PVAc乳液通过增加交联的方式提高了感光胶的耐水性和耐溶剂性能,印刷网板在不添加坚膜液的情况下,其有效耐刮次数超过2000次。 The work aims to introduce the multifunctional cross-linking monomer,pentaerythritol tetraacrylate(PET4A),investigate the modifying effect of the cross-linking monomer,pentaerythritol tetraacrylate(PET4A)and prepare a high-performance poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc)emulsion for photosensitive adhesive with poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc)emulsion as a substrate,so as to address the poor cross-linking density and water resistance of traditional diazo photosensitive adhesive.A PVAc emulsion containing reactive microgel structure was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization,which formed a micro gel network structure in the emulsion through the multifunctional crosslinking characteristics of PET4A.Through various tests and performance analysis of the emulsion and the photosensitive adhesive,the water resistance and solvent resistance of the photosensitive adhesive were analyzed.The results showed that when the addition amount of PET4A was 7.5%and 10%of the monomer,it could significantly improve the water resistance and solvent resistance of the photosensitive adhesive.In conclusion,based on the test results such as scratch resistance,it can be known that the PVAc emulsion for photosensitive adhesive prepared in this paper improves the water resistance and solvent resistance of the photosensitive adhesive by increasing crosslinking.Without adding hardening film solution,the effective scratch resistance of the printed screen exceeds 2000 times.
