摘要
目的建立溶解沉淀-LC-MS/MS法测定再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(rPET)粒料中双酚A、双酚S和双酚F残留量,并应用到实际样品检测中。方法样品经六氟异丙醇溶解后,用甲醇做沉淀剂将高聚物充分沉淀,取上清液浓缩过滤后供液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)仪测定,外标法定量。结果双酚类物质含量线性关系良好,相关系数r^(2)均>0.995。该方法对BPA、BPS、BPF的检出限均为0.01 mg/kg,定量限均为0.0500 mg/kg,加标回收率为90.7%~109%,精密度(RSD)不大于2.8%,表明残留量检测方法具有较高的准确度和较好的重现性。结论建立的检测方法可在实际工作中用于评估rPET粒料中双酚类物质的残留水平。
The work aims to develop a dissolution-precipitation-LC-MS/MS method for determination of bisphenol A(BPA),bisphenol S(BPS),and bisphenol F(BPF)residues in recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pellets and apply it in actual sample detection.After dissolving rPET samples in hexafluoroisopropanol followed by polymer precipitation using methanol,with the resulting supernatant being concentrated,filtered,and analyzed by LC-MS/MS using external standard quantification.Validation studies demonstrated excellent linearity(r^(2)>0.995)with method detection and quantification limits of 0.01 mg/kg and 0.0500 mg/kg,respectively.The method showed satisfactory accuracy with spiked recovery rates of 90.7%-109%and high precision(RSD≤2.8%).It showed that the residue detection method had good reproducibility and reliability.The established detection method can be used in practical work to evaluate the residual levels of bisphenol substances in rPET pellets.
