摘要
目的基于液相色谱-串联质谱仪,测定食品接触材料及制品中14种紫外线吸收剂在橄榄油食品模拟物中的迁移量。方法迁移到橄榄油中的UV-71、UV-326、UV-327、UV-328、UV-329和UV-360等紫外线吸收剂经四氢呋喃稀释,UV-3030、UV-3035、UV-3039、UV-312和UV-3638经乙腈提取后用C18填料固相萃取小柱净化,UV-234、UV-1164和UV-1577经皂化和正己烷提取后用硅胶填料固相萃取小柱净化。选用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇和含有甲酸及甲酸铵的水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱。液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱检测,外标法定量。结果14种目标物在0.005~0.1 mg/L线性范围内相关系数达到0.998以上。8种紫外线吸收剂的检出限可达0.0015 mg/kg,定量限可达0.005 mg/kg;6种紫外线吸收剂可分别达到3 mg/kg和10 mg/kg。在3种浓度的加标水平下,加标回收率为85.9%~108.1%,相对标准偏差不大于9.5%。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于检测橄榄油中14种紫外线吸收剂的迁移量。
The work aims to determine the migration of 14 ultraviolet absorbers from food contact materials and articles into olive oil simulant based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).UV-71,UV-326,UV-327,UV-328,UV-329 and UV-360 in the olive oil were diluted with tetrahydrofuran.UV-3030,UV-3035,UV-3039,UV-312 and UV-3638 were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by C18 solid-phase extraction column.UV-234,UV-1164 and UV-1577 were extracted with hexane after saponification,and cleaned up by silica solid-phase extraction column.The separation was carried out on a C18 column selected for gradient elution with methanol and aqueous solution containing formic acid and ammonium formate as mobile phases.The analytes were detected by triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.The correlation coefficients of the 14 target compounds reached more than 0.998 in the linear range of 0.005-0.10 mg/L.The limits of detection for eight UV absorbers were up to 0.0015 mg/kg,and the limits of quantification were up to 0.005 mg/kg and those for six UV absorbers were up to 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 85.9%to 108.1%at 3 different concentrations,with the relative standard deviations no more than 9.5%.The method is sensitive,accurate and can be used for the determination of the migration of 14 ultraviolet absorbers in olive oil.
