壳聚糖/深共晶溶剂热压复合薄膜制备及其性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过在壳聚糖粉末中掺入不同组分的深共晶溶剂(DES),使用热压的方法制备可以直接热封的壳聚糖薄膜,研究不同的DES对薄膜性能的影响。方法制备了氯化胆碱/柠檬酸,氯化胆碱/乳酸,甜菜碱/柠檬酸,甜菜碱/乳酸4种DES。将壳聚糖分别与4种DES按比例共混,通过热压的方式制备4种壳聚糖薄膜。以薄膜热封性、力学性能、水阻隔性、光学性能等评估了DES的构成对薄膜性能的影响。结果不同DES与壳聚糖薄膜制备的薄膜性能差异较大,柠檬酸基DES薄膜表现出更高的拉伸强度(22.83 MPa)和热封强度((3.54±0.26)N/15 mm),而乳酸基DES薄膜柔韧性更优(断裂伸长率为75.30%),具有更高的透光率,但热封性能很弱。结论DES的组分影响着薄膜的性能,氯化胆碱-柠檬酸DES与壳聚糖热压制备的薄膜表现出较好的拉伸性能与热封性,为生物基包装材料的绿色化、功能化设计提供了新策略。 The work aims to investigate the effect of different DES on film properties by doping chitosan powder with different components of deep eutectic solvent(DES)and preparing heat-sealable chitosan films through hot pressing.Four DES,choline chloride/citric acid,choline chloride/lactic acid,betaine/citric acid,and betaine/lactic acid,were prepared,and four chitosan films were prepared by hot pressing after proportional blending of chitosan with each of the four types of DES.The effects of DES composition on film properties were evaluated in terms of heat sealing properties,mechanical properties,water barrier properties,and optical properties of the films.The properties of the films prepared from different DES and chitosan films varied greatly,with the citrate-based DES films exhibiting higher tensile strength(22.83 MPa)and heat sealing strength((3.54±0.26)N/15 mm),while the lactate-based DES films were more flexible(elongation at break 75.30%),had higher light transmission,but had weak heat sealing properties.In conclusion,the components of DES affect the performance of the films,and the films prepared by hot pressing of choline chloride-citric acid DES with chitosan show better tensile properties and heat sealing properties,which provides a new strategy for the green and functional design of bio-based packaging materials.
