制造企业服务化转型对其人力资本的影响研究 被引量:1

Research on the impact of manufacturing enterprises servitization on human capital

摘要 在我国两业融合持续深化与结构性就业矛盾日益凸显的情境下,针对制造企业服务化转型将增强就业吸纳能力,从而促进就业结构与产业结构协调发展展开研究。本文基于2007—2022年中国A股制造业上市公司数据,实证检验了企业服务化转型对内部人力资本的影响。检验结果表明,服务化转型显著提升了高技能劳动力的占比,即升级企业人力资本。在作用机制方面,服务化转型可以通过转移资本偏好与扩增经营范围两条路径,优化调整企业人力资本结构。异质性分析发现,对于非国有企业、大型企业与行业竞争程度高的企业,服务化转型的人力资本升级效应更加显著。经济后果检验发现,服务化转型驱动下的人力资本结构优化有助于提升企业价值。本文的研究结论为深入理解服务化转型企业的劳动力技术结构变化,提供了理论参考与经验证据。 In the context of the continuous deepening of the integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,as well as the increasingly prominent structural employment contradiction in China,research is being conducted on the servitization of manufacturing enterprises,enhancing their capability to absorb employment and promote the coordinated development of employment structure and industrial structure.This paper is based on data from A-share manufacturing listed companies in China from 2007 to 2022,and it empirically tests the impact of enterprise servitization on internal human capital.The test results indicate that the servitization has significantly increased the proportion of highly skilled labor,that is,upgraded enterprise human capital.In terms of mechanism,servitization can optimize and adjust the human capital structure of enterprises through two paths:transferring capital preferences and expanding business scope.Heterogeneity analysis has found that for non-state-owned enterprises,large enterprises,and highly competitive enterprises in the industry,the human capital upgrading effect of servitization is of more significance.The economic consequence test have found that the optimization of human capital structure driven by servitization helps to enhance enterprise value.The research conclusion provides a theoretical reference and empirical evidence for a deeper understanding of the changes in the labor technology structure of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.
