摘要
套损井是油气开采中常见且严重的井壁完整性问题,其发生不仅会影响油气田的生产效益,还可能带来较大的安全风险和经济损失。结合某中小型油气田开发工程,通过分析地质因素对套损井发生的影响,提出了一系列基于地质因素的预防策略优化方案。研究结果表明,地层压力、岩性变化、地质构造等因素对套损井的发生具有显著影响,因此,合理的防治策略能够有效降低套损井的发生率,提升油气田的生产效率和经济效益。在实施这些优化策略后,套损井发生频率从40%降至15%,修复次数减少66.7%,修复成本下降63.3%,油气产量增长率由5%提升至16%。这些数据表明,通过综合预防措施的实施,可以显著提高油气田的安全性与生产效益。
Casing damage is a common and serious wellbore integrity issue in oil and gas production,which not only affects the production efficiency of oil and gas fields but also brings significant safety risks and economic losses.This paper,based on the development project of a medium and small-sized oil and gas field in Gansu Province,analyzes the influence of geological factors on the occurrence of casing damage and proposes a series of prevention strategy optimization plans based on geological factors.The research results show that factors such as formation pressure,lithological changes,and geological structures have a significant impact on the occurrence of casing damage.Therefore,reasonable prevention and control strategies can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of casing damage,improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of oil and gas fields.After implementing these optimization strategies,the occurrence frequency of casing damage decreased from 40%to 15%,the number of repairs decreased by 66.7%,the repair cost decreased by 63.3%,and the growth rate of oil and gas production increased from 5%to 16%.These data indicate that the implementation of comprehensive prevention measures can significantly improve the safety and production efficiency of oil and gas fields.
