六盘水地区煤层气钻井技术研究与应用进展

Research and application progress of coalbed methane drilling technology in Liupanshui area

摘要 六盘水地区是我国重要的煤层气资源富集区,该地区高应力、高瓦斯、低渗透、松软易碎的特殊煤储层条件,给煤层气开发带来巨大挑战,钻井作为开发的首要环节,其工艺技术水平直接影响开发效率与经济效益。本文系统总结了六盘水地区的地质特征与煤储层特征与钻井难点,分析了空气钻井以及快速钻井技术的技术特点与优势。研究表明,通过应用空气钻井技术与快速钻井技术,能缩短钻井周期,有效解决表层岩溶地层的漏涌问题,降低施工风险,推动了复杂地质条件下煤层气的高效开发。 The Liupanshui area is an important coalbed methane resource enrichment zone in China.The special coal reservoir conditions of high stress,high gas content,low permeability,and soft and fragile nature in this area pose great challenges to coalbed methane development.As the primary link in development,drilling technology directly affects development efficiency and economic benefits.This article systematically summarizes the geological characteristics,coal reservoir features,and drilling difficulties of the Liupanshui area,and analyzes the technical characteristics and advantages of air drilling and rapid drilling technologies.Research has shown that the application of air drilling technology and rapid drilling technology can shorten the drilling cycle,effectively solve the problem of leakage in surface karst formations,reduce construction risks,and promote efficient development of coalbed methane under complex geological conditions.
