顺北一区超深断控体油藏连续油管气举诱喷论证方法优化研究与应用

摘要 顺北一区超深断控体油藏原油具有低密度、高气油比特征,随着地层能量减弱,由于地面关井、井筒积液等因素造成油井停喷后,井筒内气液滑脱形成液面深度普遍在2000 m以下,油井无法自行恢复自喷。矿场采用连续油管气举方式进行诱喷,而该作业日费约10万元,且由于封隔器承压、套管承压、井壁稳定性、井筒出液性质等因素影响,气举成功率难以得到保障,因此作业前优化气举参数,预测气举诱喷成功率,对采油厂降低生产成本具有重要意义。通过对气举掏空深度、气举诱喷压差的研究计算,结合现场连续油管作业经验参数,形成了一种连续油管气举诱喷参数优化方法,该方法在顺北油气田得到广泛应用,油井诱喷成功率由50%提高至90%左右,有效指导了油井生产,节约了大量的气举作业费用,且具有广泛的推广意义。 The crude oil in the ultra-deep fault-controlled reservoirs of Shunbei No.1 Area has the characteristics of low density and high gas-oil ratio.As the formation energy weakens,after the oil wells stop flowing due to factors such as surface well shut-in and liquid accumulation in the wellbore,the gas-liquid slippage in the wellbore forms a liquid level depth generally below 2,000 meters,and the oil wells cannot resume flowing spontaneously on their own.In the oilfield,the coiled tubing gas lift method is adopted for induced flow.However,the daily cost of this operation is about 100,000 yuan.Moreover,due to the influence of factors such as the pressure-bearing capacity of the packer,the pressure-bearing capacity of the casing,the stability of the wellbore wall,and the properties of the liquid produced from the wellbore,the success rate of gas lift is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,optimizing the gas lift parameters before the operation and predicting the success rate of gas lift induced flow are of great significance for the oil production plant to reduce production costs.This paper mainly conducts research and calculations on the gas lift unloading depth and the pressure difference of gas lift induced flow.Combined with the empirical parameters of on-site coiled tubing operations,a method for optimizing the parameters of coiled tubing gas lift induced flow is formed.This method has been widely applied in the Shunbei Oil and Gas Field.The success rate of oil well induced flow has been increased from 50%to about 90%,which effectively guides the production of oil wells,saves a large amount of gas lift operation costs,and has broad significance for promotion.
