摘要
研究了一种润滑油添加剂组合方式,形成了一种高效润滑油添加剂体系。使用该添加剂体系调制的润滑油除具备较好的防锈防腐蚀性、极压抗磨性等性能特点外,还具备较低的气味。该添加剂体系可用于合成工业闭式齿轮油、合成轴承油、合成油气润滑油等油品的调和,在合成烃、合成酯及合成醚基础油体系中均有较好的表现。
In this paper,a kind of lubricant additive combination is studied,and a high efficiency lubricant additive system is formed.The Lube Oil prepared with this additive system not only has good rust and corrosion resistance,extreme pressure and wear resistance,but also has low odor.The additive system can be used to blend synthetic industrial closed gear oil,synthetic bearing oil,synthetic oil-air lubricating oil and so on,and has good performance in synthetic hydrocarbon,synthetic ester and synthetic ether base oil systems.
