摘要
现有的浆体输送管道消能方法受浆体、管道及流动特性影响,消能效果不稳定,且装置结构复杂,安装维护成本高。研究提出智能调控的浆体输送管道消能—稳流协同优化策略。通过部署智能传感器网络实时精准监测浆体参数,借助比例积分微分(PID)控制算法、遗传算法以及基于神经网络的自适应模型,实现对浆体输送过程的实时反馈控制、多目标优化决策和自适应调整。期望能提升浆体输送系统的消能与稳流效果,为浆体输送管道的优化运行提供有效解决方案。
Existing slurry conveying pipeline energy dissipation methods are influenced by slurry,pipeline and flow features,with unstable effects,complex structures and high installation-maintenance costs.This study proposes an intelligent strategy for collaborative optimization of energy dissipation and steady flow.An intelligent sensor network monitors slurry parameters in real time.PID control,genetic algorithms and neural network-based adaptive models enable real-time feedback control,multi-objective optimization and adaptive adjustment during slurry conveying.It aims to enhance energy dissipation and steady flow effects,offering an effective solution for optimized pipeline operation.
