摘要
永坪炼油厂15×10^(4) t/a半再生固定床催化重整装置通过优化原料供给方式、创新预加氢系统防结盐技术、燃料气系统两级调压、实施自动化提升改造、精细水氯平衡调整等一系列技术改进与管理优化,实现了原料比例的灵活精准控制,解决了预加氢系统铵盐结晶堵塞问题,提高了加热炉运行稳定性和热效率,重整催化剂性能得以充分发挥、寿命延长,产品质量稳定合格,重整装置实现长周期运行目标。
The 150,000 t/a semi-regenerative fixed-bed catalytic reforming unit at Yongping Refinery achieved long-term stable operation through a series of technical improvements and management optimizations.These included Optimizing feedstock supply methods,innovative anti-scaling technology for the pre-hydrogenation system,implementing a two-stage pressure regulation system for fuel gas,automation upgrades,and precise waterchlorine balance adjustment.These measures enabled flexible and accurate control of feedstock mixing,effectively resolved ammonium salt crystallization and clogging in the pre-hydrogenation system,improved heater stability and thermal efficiency,optimized catalyst performance,extended catalyst lifespan,and ensured stable product quality,ultimately achieving long-cycle operation goals.
