摘要
在尿素的生产过程中,高压甲铵冷凝器长时间处于高温、高压以及强腐蚀性介质(氨基甲酸铵)的严苛环境中。传统的材料容易遭受腐蚀,导致设备失效,这不仅缩短了设备的使用寿命,还降低了运行的稳定性。这些因素严重地影响了生产效率和经济效益。通过与斯塔米卡邦公司技术交流,并根据原设备管板的失效机理以及最新设计标准,其在管程入口结构、管束和管板材料方面对关键部件进行结构优化和材料升级。
During the production process of urea,the high-pressure ammonium carbamate condenser is exposed to a harsh environment of high temperature,high pressure,and strong corrosive media(ammonium carbamate)for extended periods.Traditional materials are prone to corrosion,leading to equipment failure,which not only shortens the service life of the equipment but also reduces operational stability.These factors severely impact production efficiency and economic benefits.Through technical exchanges with Stamicarbon Company,and based on the failure mechanism of the original equipment’s tube sheet and the latest design standards,structural optimization and material upgrades have been carried out on the key components,particularly in the inlet structure of the tube side,the tube bundle,and the tube sheet material.
