摘要 研究烯腈精馏塔的参数优化与爆炸极限动态监测系统的开发。在参数优化方面,探讨了烯腈精馏塔的关键操作参数及其对分离效率与能耗的影响,提出了基于数学建模和粒子群优化算法的优化方法。通过优化回流比、塔板数目、蒸汽流量等参数,提高了精馏塔的分离效率并降低了能耗。在爆炸极限动态监测系统的开发中,设计了一种实时监控气体浓度与环境变化的系统,能够动态计算爆炸极限并及时发出预警。该系统通过精确的传感器和实时反馈机制,保障了烯腈精馏塔的安全运行,避免了爆炸风险。 This paper investigates the parameter optimization of the acrylonitrile distillation column and the development of a dynamic monitoring system for explosion limits.In terms of parameter optimization,key operational parameters of the distillation column and their impacts on separation efficiency and energy consumption are discussed.An optimization method based on mathematical modeling and particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed.By optimizing parameters such as reflux ratio,number of trays,and steam flow,the separation efficiency of the distillation column is improved while reducing energy consumption.In the development of the explosion limit dynamic monitoring system,a system is designed to monitor gas concentration and environmental changes in real-time,dynamically calculate the explosion limit,and issue timely warnings.The system ensures safe operation of the acrylonitrile distillation column by using precise sensors and a real-time feedback mechanism,preventing explosion risks.
