摘要
为了解决海上射孔联作工艺中生产封隔器失效问题,研制了新型耐高压生产封隔器。该工具采用专门的液压内锁结构,防止提前坐封;封隔器整体承受下压时,外卡瓦承受主要压力,降低射孔时中心管损坏的风险;同时设计的脱手机构,通过一定的行程,封隔器才能达到解封状态;优选胶筒护耳的厚度为2 mm,提高胶筒耐压性。室内试验和现场应用表明新型生产封隔器坐封稳定、密封可靠、性能稳定,施工成功率100%。该封隔器的成功研制有效推动了射孔联作工艺在海上的应用和发展,促进了非常规油气藏的勘探开发。
To solve the problem of failure of the production packer in the sea perforating combination,a new type of high-pressure resistant production packer was developed.The tool uses a special hydraulic inner lock structure to prevent pre-setting;when the packer is under pressure as a whole,the outer slip bears the main pressure,which reduces the risk of damage to the center tube during perforation;at the same time,the designed release mechanism passes a certain The packer can reach the unsealed state only after the stroke;the thickness of the rubber tube ear guard is preferably 2mm to improve the pressure resistance of the rubber tube.Indoor tests and field applications show that the new production packer is stable in setting,reliable in sealing,stable in performance,and has a construction success rate of 100%.The successful development of this packer has effectively promoted the application and development of perforation combined technology at sea,and promoted the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
