摘要
目的:采用双数据源设计探讨青年群体中睡眠时长对智力的影响路径,检验BMI和冲动性特质的链式中介效应,以及神经质的调节作用。方法:基于问卷星平台收集的中国本地青年样本(n=692),分析睡眠时长与BMI的现状及关联;基于人类连接组计划(HCP)数据库样本(n=1206),采用标准化量表与认知任务测量睡眠时长、冲动性特质、神经质及智力,使用PROCESS模型6和87进行链式中介与调节效应分析。结果:本地样本结果显示,睡眠时长为[6.70(5.70,7.20)]h,BMI为[23.67(20.91,27.80)]kg/m^(2),睡眠时长显著负向预测BMI(β=-0.21,P<0.01)。HCP样本分析发现,睡眠时长与BMI显著负相关,与冲动性特质得分和智力得分显著正相关(均P<0.01);BMI与冲动性特质得分和智力得分显著负相关(P<0.01);冲动性特质得分与智力得分显著正相关(P<0.01);神经质得分与睡眠时长(P<0.01)、冲动性特质得分(P<0.05)和智力得分(P<0.01)显著负相关。链式中介分析显示,睡眠时长通过“BMI→冲动性特质”路径影响智力的总间接效应为β=0.046(95%CI=0.029~0.066),占总效应的45.54%,其中冲动性特质的独立中介效应占比最大(31.68%)。调节效应分析显示,神经质显著调节冲动性特质对智力的影响(β=0.08,P<0.01),高神经质个体中冲动性对智力的不良影响更为显著。结论:睡眠时长可通过BMI和冲动性特质的链式中介路径对青年人群智力水平产生影响,且冲动性特质对智力的不良影响在高神经质个体中更为显著。
Objective:To examine the pathways through which sleep duration influences intelligence among young adults,focusing on the chain mediating effects of BMI and impulsivity,and the moderating role of neuroticism.Methods:A local Chinese youth sample(n=692)was collected via the Wenjuanxing Platform to examine the current status and correlation between sleep duration and BMI.Additionally,data from the Human Connectome Project(HCP)sample(n=1206)were used to assess sleep duration,impulsivity,neuroticism,and intelligence via standardized questionnaires and cognitive tasks.PROCESS Models 6 and 87 were applied for chain mediation and moderation analyses.Results:In the local sample,the median sleep duration was 6.70(5.70,7.20)hours,and BMI was 23.67(20.91,27.80)kg/m^(2).Sleep duration significantly negatively predicted BMI(β=-0.21,P<0.01).In the HCP sample,sleep duration was negatively correlated with BMI and positively correlated with impulsivity and intelligence scores(P<0.01).BMI was negatively correlated with both impulsivity and intelligence scores(P<0.01).Impulsivity was positively correlated with intelligence(P<0.01).Neuroticism was negatively correlated with sleep duration(P<0.01),impulsivity(P<0.05),and intelligence(P<0.01).Chain mediation analysis revealed significant indirect effect of sleep duration on intelligence via the“BMI→Impulsivity”pathway(β=0.046,95%CI=0.029-0.066),accounting for 45.54%of the total effect,with impulsivity alone contributing the most(31.68%).Moderation analysis indicated that neuroticism significantly moderated the correlation between impulsivity and intelligence(β=0.08,P<0.01),with stronger adverse effects observed among individuals with higher neuroticism.Conclusion:The findings suggest that sleep duration influences youth intelligence through a chain mediation pathway involving BMI and impulsivity,and that neuroticism moderates the correlation between impulsivity and intelligence.
