摘要
中国式现代化进程中,数字技术赋能文化传承已成为发展主流。数字技术在创新融合文化内容、提高文化互动与参与、重塑文化生产与保存、加固文化安全与防护等方面具有重要意义。现阶段,数字技术赋能文化传承面临着法律与伦理、技术应用和文化传承主体等现实困境,必须从健全文化科技融合的法律体系、完善相关伦理准则,壮大文化传承主体、实现文化产业数字化转型,加强数字技术应用、注重文化原真性表达等方面加以优化。
Within the context of Chinese-style modernization,the empowerment of cultural inheritance through digital technology has emerged as a dominant developmental trend.Digital technology demonstrates profound contemporary significance for cultural continuity:it fosters innovation and integration in cultural content;enhances interaction and participation in cultural exchanges;initiates the digital transformation of cultural production and preservation;and establishes intelligent systems for safeguarding cultural information.Nevertheless,this technological empowerment confronts several practical challenges,including legal and ethical dilemmas,limitations in technical implementation,and the capacity of cultural inheritance stakeholders.To effectively address these issues,the following strategic measures are recommended:strengthening the legal framework for the integration of culture and technology and refining corresponding ethical standards;reinforcing the capabilities of cultural stakeholders to advance digital transformation in the cultural industry;and optimizing the application of digital tools while prioritizing the authentic representation and transmission of cultural values.
