摘要
通过在水文地质抽水试验方法中引入PID控制技术,设计并搭建基于PID控制的水文地质抽水试验系统,结合水位、流量传感器和电子自动记录仪,实时监测水位与预定抽水水位的关系,采用PID算法控制自动调节变频水泵频率以控制抽水流量,在某大型水资源配置工程地质勘察的水文地质分层抽水试验应用效果显示:该系统在抽水初期就能快速达到预定水位并稳定水位,实现自动化采集数据。应用表明:系统可有效提升试验精度、效率和数据质量,为复杂地质条件下的水文地质勘察提供了新的技术手段。
By introducing PID control technology into the hydrogeological pumping test method,a hydrogeological pumping test system based on PID control is designed and built.Combined with water level,flow sensors,and electronic automatic recorders,the relationship between water level and predetermined pumping level is monitored in real time.The PID algorithm is used to automatically adjust the frequency of the variable frequency water pump to control the pumping flow.The application effect of the hydrogeological layered pumping test in a large-scale water resource allocation engineering geological survey shows that the system can quickly reach the predetermined water level and stabilize the water level in the early stage of pumping,and achieve automatic data collection.The application shows that the system can effectively improve the accuracy,efficiency,and data quality of experiments,providing new technical means for hydrogeological exploration under complex geological conditions.
