直排式真空预压法加固软土地基现场试验及应用研究

Field test and application of the straight-line vacuum preloading method to reinforce soft soil foundation

摘要 我国软土分布广泛,其强度不满足工程建设需求,需要进行地基处理,排水固结法相对于复合地基等地基处理方法性价比高、施工操作简单。堆载预压法处理软基需要的工期长,加载过快会导致土体剪切破坏,而直排式真空预压法不会导致地基剪切破坏也无须设置砂垫层,竖向排水体与真空管网直接相连,显著降低真空荷载沿程损耗。依托某软基加固项目,根据现场监测数据和室内试验,文章研究了直排式真空预压的加固效果和影响因素。结果表明:直排式真空预压法加固软土地基效果良好,土体含水率下降了18.3%,孔隙比下降了17.4%,不同土层土体的有效应力得到有效提高,沉降量的80%~87%在加固的前100天内完成。研究可以为该地基处理方法的推广提供参考依据。 Soft soil is widely distributed in China,and its strength does not meet the needs of engineering construction,so foundation treatment is needed.Compared with composite foundation and other foundation treatment methods,the drainage consolidation method has higher cost-effectiveness and simpler construction operation.The preloading method for treating soft soil requires a long construction period,and excessive loading can also lead to soil shear failure.The direct discharge vacuum preloading method does not cause shear damage to the foundation and does not require a sand cushion layer.The vertical drainage body is directly connected to the vacuum pipe network,significantly reducing the loss of vacuum load along the way.This article relied on a soft foundation reinforcement project and studied the reinforcement effect and influencing factors of direct vacuum preloading based on on-site monitoring and testing data.The results showed that the direct vacuum preloading method had a good effect on the reinforcement of soft soil foundation,whose soil moisture content decreased by 18.3%,and void ratio decreased by 17.4%.Meanwhile,the effective stress of different soil layers was effectively improved,and 80%~87% of the settlement was completed in the first 100 days of reinforcement.The research can provide a reference basis for the promotion of this foundation treatment method.
