局部加载成形装置的设计及有限元验证

摘要 将整体模具划分为多个子模具的断续局部加载成形为大型航空航天模锻件省力整体成形提供了一条可行的途径,然而缺乏相匹配的成形装备,限制了该工艺的推广应用。通过设计10 t级多道次局部加载成形装置的结构方案,可提供10 t成形载荷和2 t约束载荷,实现20 t成形能力。对其机械本体整体结构的刚度、强度和模态进行有限元分析,结果表明关键零部件满足设计负载使用要求,激励源的工作频率避开整体结构的固有模态频率。在此基础上,搭建了实验室物理样机。相关研究为后续大吨位样机和工业用局部加载成形设备的设计与研究提供了基础。 The intermittent local loading forming method realized by dividing the whole die into several sub-dies provides a feasible way for the less-force integral forming of large aerospace closed-die forging.However,the lack of the matching forming equipment has limited the popularization and application of this process.Thus,in this study,an equipment structure for 10-tonne multi-pass local loading forming apparatus was designed.The designed local loading forming apparatus can provide 10-tonne forming load and 2-tonne constraint load,and thus can provide 20-tonne forming capacity.The finite element analyses of the stiffness,strength,and modal of the entire mechanical body for local loading forming apparatus were carried out.The results showed that the key components satisfied the design load,and the excitation source’s operational frequency avoids the natural inherent frequencies of the whole structure.Then,a laboratory physical prototype was constructed.The relevant research provides the basis for further research on the design of large tonnage prototypes and industrial local loading forming equipment.
