颗粒饲料直径对仔猪教槽阶段生产性能的影响及机理初探

摘要 仔猪的养殖效果直接影响着猪后续的生长发育状况和经济效益。为缓解断奶应激,充分发挥仔猪的生长潜力,养殖业对早期断奶仔猪日粮的要求越来越高。从饲料加工工艺中寻找突破口,是目前仔猪饲料研究的热点之一。制粒是仔猪饲料加工的重要工序,颗粒直径是制粒工序中最重要的参数,对饲料的产量和质量都有重要影响。适宜的颗粒直径要求既能降低饲料生产成本,又能提高仔猪生产性能。目前关于仔猪颗粒饲料直径的作用效果及机理都有待于深入探究。文章就颗粒直径对仔猪生产性能的影响、作用机理、存在的不足及未来研究方向做概述,旨在为仔猪饲料加工提供参考。 The farming effect of piglets directly determines the subsequent growth and economic returns of pigs industry.In order to mitigate weaning stress and improve the growth performance,the demand for piglet feed becoms higher.Breakthroughs in feed processing technology is one of key points in piglet feed.Pellet-ing is a particularly critical step,as an important physical parameter in the granulation process,feed pellet diameter has a significant impact on feed quality and feeding effectiveness.Appropriate pellet feed diameter can reduce feed production costs,and promote piglet performance.There is a lack of relevant research on pellet diameter′s effects and mechanisms on piglet performance.We provide a overview of the impact of pellet feed diameter on piglet production performance,its mechanism of action,current research shortcom-ings,and future research directions.The aim is to provide references and guidance for the in-depth research and development of piglet feed processing.
