3株凝结芽孢杆菌抑菌性能的比较研究

摘要 试验采用牛津杯抑菌法,以无菌纯化水、金霉素为参照,通过抑菌圈值(DIZ)来比较3株凝结芽孢杆菌菌株(菌株编号为BC_(-S001)、BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003))对两类指示菌(肠道致病菌、肠道有益菌和商业饲用益生菌)的抑菌性能。结果显示:(1)BC_(-S001)对肠道致病菌大肠杆菌K88、猪肠炎沙门氏菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌的抑制作用显著大于BC_(-S002)和BC_(-S003)(P<0.05)。BC_(-S001)、BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003)对肠道致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌和产气荚膜梭菌的抑制作用均为“低敏感”,且差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)BC_(-S001)、BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003)对肠道有益菌嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌的抑制作用均为“不敏感”。BC_(-S001)、BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003)对商业饲用益生菌地衣芽孢杆菌的抑制作用均达到“高敏感”,且BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003)显著高于BC_(-S001)(P<0.05);BC_(-S002)对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用为“中敏感”,BC_(-S001)和BC_(-S003)为“低敏感”;BC_(-S001)、BC_(-S002)、BC_(-S003)对丁酸梭菌、粪肠球菌及产朊假丝酵母的抑制作用均为“不敏感”。综上分析,3株凝结芽孢杆菌的抑菌性能有一定的差异。 The antibacterial performance of three Bacillus coagulans strains(BC_(-S001),BC_(-S002),BC_(-S003))against two types of indicator bacteria were used to detect the diameter of inhibition zone(DIZ)by the Oxford cup method,with sterile distilled water,aureomycin as reference.The findings were showed as fol-lows:①the inhibitory activity of BC_(-S001) on Escherichia coli K88,Salmonella enteritidis and S.pullorum were significantly higher than those of BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003)(P<0.05).The inhibitory effect of BC_(-S001),BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003) were"low sensitivity"to S.aureus and Clostridium perfringens,and the differ-ence were not significant(P>0.05).②The inhibi-tory effects of BC_(-S001),BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003) on the intestinal beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus aci-dophilus and B.thermophilus were"insensitive".The inhibitory effect of BC_(-S001),BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003) were"highly sensitive"on commercial feeding probiotics B.licheniformis,and BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003) were significantly higher than BC_(-S001)(P<0.05).The inhibitory effect of BC_(-S002) on B.subtilis was"moderately sensitive",BC_(-S001) and BC_(-S003) were"hyposensitive".The inhibitory effect of BC_(-S001),BC_(-S002) and BC_(-S003) on C.butyricum,E.faecalis and C.utilis were"insensitive".These findings suggested that three B.coagulans strains had diverse antibacterial properties in vitro.
