摘要
硒是一种必需微量元素,对动物和人类健康起着至关重要的作用。乳酸菌是目前应用广泛的微生物,其突出的微量元素富集能力也已在被发现及探究。富硒乳酸菌兼具硒和乳酸菌的双重功效,对动物生产有重要作用。文章对富硒乳酸菌的种类及其生物活性进行概述,并对其在动物生产中的应用进行阐述,为富硒乳酸菌饲料的应用提供科学参考。
Selenium is an essential micronutrient that plays a crucial role in animal and human health.Lactic acid bacteria are currently widely used microorganisms,and their outstanding ability to enrich trace elements is also being discovered and explored.Selenium enriched probiotics have a dual effect of selenium and lactic acid bacteria,and play an important role in animal production.This article provides an overview of the types and biological activities of selenium rich lactic acid bacteria,and elaborates on their application in animal production,providing theoretical reference for the application of selenium rich lactic acid bacteria feed.
