文化消费中心城市建设模式与经验研究——兼论对粤港澳大湾区的启示

Development Models and Empirical Studies of Cultural Consumption Center Cities:Implications for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要 文化消费中心城市的建设不仅是消费功能的拓展,更是城市人文经济发展与文化引领性的重要体现,对提升城市文化软实力和居民生活质量意义重大。通过对国内外典型城市的深入分析,研究总结出五种主要文化消费中心城市的建设模式:活化模式、融化模式、深化模式、转化模式和链化模式。这些模式从文化资源再利用、产业融合、文化内涵挖掘、市场化转化和系统集成等维度,为城市文化消费发展提供了多样化路径。基于粤港澳大湾区的现状与潜力,研究提出构建多层级文化消费生态的战略思路,包括强化核心城市能级、优化次级城市功能定位和深化区域协同合作等对策建议,为大湾区及其他类似区域的文化消费中心城市建设提供理论支持与实践参考,推动文化消费与城市发展的良性互动和可持续发展。 The development of a cultural consumption center city extends beyond merely expanding consumption functions;it fundamentally reflects the advancement of urban humanistic economy and cultural leadership.This progress plays a vital role in enhancing a city’s cultural soft power and improving residents’quality of life.By thoroughly analyzing representative cities both domestically and internationally,this study identifies five key models for establishing cultural consumption center cities:the revitalization model,the integration model,the deepening model,the transformation model,and the chain model.These models offer diverse pathways for developing urban cultural consumption through approaches such as cultural resource reuse,industrial integration,exploration of cultural significance,market-driven transformation,and system integration.Considering the current status and potential of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the study proposes a strategic framework for creating a multi-tiered cultural consumption ecosystem.This framework emphasizes strengthening the capabilities of core cities,optimizing the functional positioning of secondary cities,and enhancing regional collaboration.These strategies provide both theoretical support and practical references for building cultural consumption center cities in the Greater Bay Area and similar regions,fostering positive interaction and sustainable development between cultural consumption and urban development.
