07MnNiMoDR/10Ni3MoVD钢埋弧焊工艺试验

摘要 针对高强钢球罐所用的07MnNiMoDR钢板和10Ni3MoVD钢锻件间的埋弧焊焊接工艺进行研究。试验内容包括焊接材料的选择、试板焊接及在不同热处理保温时间后进行力学性能试验。试验结果表明:采用EF1焊丝和F9P6-EF1-F1焊剂,通过制定焊接参数,进行试板焊接,并经过(575±15)℃热处理,保温时间分别为2h、4h、6h后,焊接接头的力学性能均满足标准和设计要求。 In this study,the submerged arc welding process between 07MnNiMoDR steel plate and 10Ni3MoVD steel forgings for high strength steel spherical tank was studied.The content of the test includes the selection of welding material,the welding of test plate,and the mechanical properties test after different heat treatment and holding time.The results show that:the test plate is welded with EF1 welding wire and F9P6-EF1-F1 welding flux by setting the welding parameters,and after heat treatment of(575±15)℃,the holding time is 2h,4h,6h respectively,the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the standard and design requirements.
