摘要
利用GPM降水产品、卫星资料以及ERA5再分析资料等多源数据,对2024年第4号台风“派比安”的非对称降水特征及其成因进行分析。结果表明:(1)台风“派比安”对流云系发展不对称,左侧强对流云系的范围和强度均大于右侧,与强降水落区有较好的对应,直接导致降水呈现非对称分布格局。(2)台风环流结构从低层到中层向路径方向的左侧倾斜,通过“动力抬升-水汽辐合-能量积累”的协同效应,配合海岸低地形与陆地摩擦的耦合作用,为降水产生、维持以及不均匀分布提供有利条件。(3)垂直风切变在台风内部诱导顺切变左侧的强上升运动,这是强降水中心偏于左侧的关键动力因素之一。
Utilizing multi-source data such as GPM precipitation products,satellite data and ERA5 reanalysis data,the asymmetric precipitation characteristics of Typhoon“Prapiroon”(2404)and its causes were analyzed.The results show that:(1)the convective cloud systems of Typhoon Prapiroon developed asymmetrically,with the spatial extent and intensity of strong convective clouds on the left side being significantly greater than those on the right side,which asymmetry corresponded well with the heavy precipitation distribution,thus directly leading to an asymmetrical distribution pattern of precipitation.(2)The typhoon’s circulation structure tilted to the left side of its track direction from the lower level to middle level,which provided more favorable conditions for the generation,maintenance and uneven distribution of precipitation through the synergistic effects of“dynamic lifting,moisture convergence,and energy accumulation”,and the coupling effect of the coastal low topography and the friction of the land.(3)Vertical wind shear induced a strong upward motion on the downshear left side within the typhoon,which was one of the key dynamic factors for the heavy precipitation center being biased to be skewed to the left.
