摘要
《太平圣惠方》作为宋初官修大型方书,保存了大量未经校正医书局所修订的《伤寒论》相关内容。本文通过对其柴胡相关方剂进行文献计量、文本比较、综合分析发现,《太平圣惠方》柴胡剂在药物组成、主治病症方面与宋本《伤寒论》柴胡剂具有相似性,其独特的内容在于补齐宋本《伤寒论》证候治方,主治病症更为广泛,小柴胡汤证候群延伸至五脏实证、热证。《太平圣惠方》的“柴胡汤”另包含了宋本《伤寒论》小柴胡汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤以及柴胡-麦门冬的配伍结构,对宋以前柴胡相关方剂的研究具有重要文献与临床价值。
The Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang,as a large-scale official prescription book in the early Song dynasty,preserves a large amount of uncorrected content related to the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases from the Medical Book Bureau.Through bibliometric analysis,text comparison,and comprehensive analysis of its Chaihu related formulas,it is found that the Chaihu prescription in the Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang has similarities with the Chaihu prescription in the Song version of the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases in terms of drug composition and main symptoms.Its specific content lies in supplementing the syndrome and treatment formulas in the Song version of the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,The main symptoms are more extensive,and the syndrome group of Xiaochaihu Tang extends to the syndrome of five Zang syndrome and Heat syndrome.The"Chaihu Tang"in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang also includes the compatibility structure of Xiaochaihu Tang,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli decoction and Chaihu-Maimendong in Treatise on Febrile Diseases of the Song dynasty,which has important literature and clinical value for the research of relevant prescriptions of Chaihu prescription before the Song dynasty.
