摘要
急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)属于危急病症,对患者的生命健康构成了严重威胁。针刺作为中医传统疗法之一,在ACS的辅助治疗中展现了独特的作用,其疗效得到了肯定。针刺在心血管疾病治疗方面取得了较大进步,然而系统性归纳总结针刺治疗ACS的文献相对匮乏。本文基于前期大量研究,对针刺辅助治疗ACS的穴位应用进行了归纳分析,聚焦于穴位的选取、配伍规律、针刺原则与方法、针刺治疗时机、针刺频率以及留针时间等关键方面。本研究旨在深入总结古今文献中关于针刺治疗ACS的具体应用,为临床提供更为系统、全面的针刺治疗方案。同时,笔者亦指出了当前研究存在的缺陷,并提出相应解决措施,以期为未来的实践应用提供参考方向。
Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a life-threatening condition that poses a significant threat to patient health.As a traditional therapy in Chinese medicine,acupuncture has demonstrated unique advantages as an adjunctive treatment for ACS,with its therapeutic efficacy well acknowledged.Despite considerable progress in the application of acupuncture for cardiovascular diseases,comprehensive and systematic reviews of the literature on acupuncture for ACS remain limited.Therefore,this study is based on a large body of previous research and provides a detailed analysis of acupoint applications in acupuncture-assisted treatment of ACS,focusing on key aspects such as acupoint selection,combination principles,needling techniques and principles,treatment timing,frequency of acupuncture sessions,and needle retention duration.By synthesizing evidence from both historical and contemporary sources,this study aims to develop a more systematic and comprehensive acupuncture protocol for clinical practice.In addition,current research limitations are discussed,and potential solutions are proposed,with the goal of informing future clinical applications and research directions.
