摘要
本文对20CrMnTi试件进行离子渗氮技术处理,分别研究渗氮温度和炉内压力对工件渗层硬度和厚度的影响规律。分别对6个试块进行离子渗氮试验,最后进行渗层硬度和渗层厚度测试。结果表明20CrMnTi试块经过离子渗氮技术处理后,其表面的硬度和渗层的厚度均有很大的提高,对提高工件表面的硬度和耐磨性,找到了合适的渗氮温度和压力。
The paper conducts ion nitriding treatment on 20CrMnTi specimens,and investigates the influence of nitriding temperature and furnace pressure on the hardness and thickness of the carburized layer of the workpiece.Perform ion nitriding tests on 6 test blocks respectively,andfinally test the hardness and thickness of the nitriding layer.The results showed that after ion nitriding treatment,the surface hardness and thickness of the nitriding layer of the 20CrMnTi specimen were greatly improved,which helped to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the workpiece.The appropriate nitriding temperature and pressure were found.
