摘要 在工业自动化和智能化不断推进的背景下,动态称重系统的准确性和可靠性显得尤为关键。本文分析了动态称重误差的来源,包括静态和动态误差,及其对生产效率和成本的影响;介绍了动态称重误差的实验测量技术,包括静态校准和动态测试,以及数据分析方法;同时探讨了传感器融合和机器学习等新兴技术在动态称重中的应用,旨在提高称重准确性和系统的整体性能;最后,提出了校准技术和操作规范的重要性,并建议定期进行校准以优化系统表现。 In the context of advancing intelligence and automation,the accuracy and reliability of dynamic weighing systems are particularly crucial.The paper analyzes the sources of dynamic weighing errors,including static and dynamic errors,and their impacts on production efficiency and costs.It introduces experimental measurement techniques for dynamic weighing errors,including static calibration and dynamic testing,as well as data analysis methods.Furthermore,the application of emerging technologies such as sensor fusion and machine learning in dynamic weighing is discussed,aiming to enhance the accuracy and overall performance of the weighing systems.Finally,the importance of calibration techniques and operational standards is emphasized,with a recommendation for regular calibration to optimize system performance.
