摘要
本文针对建设现代先进计量体系涉及的电网感知能力、电力数据采集能力和电力计量数智化能力,通过研究核心计量设备智能电能表的结构和性能,对比本地费控与远程费控智能电能表的特点,分析智能电能表远程费控复电成功率的影响因素,提出提升智能电能表远程费控复电成功率的对策,运用用电信息采集系统验证其实际效果。通过运用RPA技术,提高智能电能表远程复电成功率,可大幅提升电力用户服务质量,有效降低电力运维成本,切实减少人工干预,深化推动智能电网发展。
Aiming at the power grid perception capability,the power data acquisition capability and the digital power metering capability involved in the modern advanced measurement system,the paper studies the structure and performance of the core metering device namely the smart energy meters.Specifically,by comparing the characteristics of the local cost control smart electricity meter and the remote cost control smart electricity meter,analyzes the factors influencing the success rate of remote cost control of smart electricity meters and put forward the strategies to improve the success rate of remote cost control of smart electricity meters,and meanwhile validate the actual effect using the electricity consumption information collection system.By utilizing RPA technology,the results show that the proposed strategies can improve the recovery success rate of smart electricity meters,greatly enhance the service quality of power users,effectively reduce the cost of power operation and maintenance,and effectively reduce manual intervention,thereby promoting the deep development of smart grid.
