摘要
随着工业以太网技术的更新迭代,新能源汽车涂装车间对高实时性、高可靠性和抗干扰能力的需求不断提高,最早基于TSN技术推出的CC-Link IE TSN网络为设备层通信带来了飞跃式的提升。本文以新能源汽车厂涂装车间的应用为例,介绍了工艺流程、系统架构和产品配置清单,CC-Link IE TSN网络特点及应用的优势,调试中遇到的技术难点及解决方法。
With the continuous evolution of industrial Ethernet technology,the demand for high real-time performance,exceptional reliability,and robust anti-interference capabilities in New Energy Vehicle(NEV)painting workshops has grown significantly.CC-Link IE TSN,thefirst network protocol based on Time-Sensitive Networking(TSN)technology,has revolutionized device-layer communication.The paper takes the application in NEV factory painting workshops as a case study,introducing the production processes,system architecture,equipment configuration,the unique features and advantages of CC-Link IE TSN networks,as well as technical challenges encountered during commissioning and their solutions.
