摘要
miRNA-183簇已被证实在多种骨代谢疾病中表达异常,有望成为骨代谢疾病的生物标志物及治疗靶标。研究表明,miR-183簇能够通过参与调节骨发育机制实现其抗病作用。目前对miR-183簇参与骨发育及骨代谢疾病的的作用机制分析略显缺乏,因此本文结合国内外最新研究,介绍miR-183簇调控骨细胞的成骨-破骨、成骨-成脂、成骨-软骨分化过程,及参与骨质疏松、骨肉瘤、骨关节炎等骨代谢疾病的研究进展,并对相关研究中存在的问题与不足进行总结和展望,为miR-183簇在骨代谢疾病中的基础研究及临床进一步开发应用提供参考。
The miRNA-183 cluster is abnormally expressed in various bone metabolic diseases and is expected to be a biomarker and therapeutic target for bone metabolic diseases.Studies have shown that miR-183 clusters can achieve its anti-disease effect by participating in the regulation of bone development mechanisms.Therefore,this article introduces the regulation of osteogenesis-osteoclasts,osteogenesis-lipogenesis,osteogenesis-cartilage differentiation process of osteocytes by miR-183 clusters,and its involvement in osteoporosis,osteosarcoma,osteoarthritis,and other bone metabolic diseases,and summarizes and prospects the problems and shortcomings in related research.It provides a reference for the basic research and clinical development and application of miR-183 cluster in bone metabolic diseases.
