摘要
为解决电力工程中人工拼装预制电缆沟时存在的“前后歪斜不顺直”问题,设计了基于校直夹具的预制电缆沟拼装辅助装置,主要包含了校直夹具和锁定装置两部分的研制。变电站现场测试证明该辅助装置达到了设计预期目标,满足现场电缆沟拼装施工要求,具有一定的实用性。
To address the problem of front-rear tilting and unstraight assembly of prefabricated cable trenches in power engineering projects,an auxiliary assembly device for prefabricated cable trenches based on straightening fixture is designed,which mainly covers the development of two parts including straightening fixture and locking device.The on-site tests at substations verifies that the auxiliary assembly device reaches to the design objectives consistent with the on-site assembly construction requirements of cable trenches and has certain practicality.
