外委队伍“员工化”管理模式的实现路径

摘要 通过对当前火力发电企业外委队伍管理存在的重视程度不足、体系建设不全、信息传递不畅等问题进行深入分析,剖析了外委队伍“员工化”管理的核心要义,提出了外委队伍“员工化”的实现路径及其管理方法,并通过信息化平台建设得以实现,为企业智慧化建设提供基础理论依据。 By analyzing in depth on the issues existing in the current management of outsourced teams for a thermal power generation enterprise such as insufficient attention,incomplete system established,inadequate information transmission and so on,the essence of employee-oriented management for outsourced teams is studied,based on which the employee-oriented implementation paths and management patterns for outsourced teams are proposed,and realized based on an informatization platform built,which offers the fundamental theoretical basis for the intelligent construction of the enterprise.
