摘要
浙北地区特高压密集输电通道承担着华东地区重要的能源供应任务,通道安全和线路稳定运行需要精益的运维保障。基于此,以浙北地区特高压密集输电通道当前存在的隐患问题为研究对象,从人防、物防、技防和群防的角度提出了运维提升措施,为特高压密集输电通道安全管理提供了实践方案。
As the multiple dense UHV transmission passageways in northern Zhejiang Province play a significant role in the energy supply of east China,the safety of passageways and the stable operation of transmission lines require lean operation and maintenance guaranteed.As for this,taking the hidden dangers of dense UHV transmission passageways in northern Zhejiang Province as the object for research,the measures for improving operation and maintenance capacities are proposed in the perspectives of civil defense,physical defense,technical defense and group defense,which offers a practical solution for the safety management of dense UHV transmission passageways.
