水工环地质技术在矿山地震灾害治理中的应用

摘要 矿山地震灾害伴随深部资源开采规模扩大呈持续加剧态势,高频次、高能级的灾变事件严重威胁生产安全并破坏区域生态链。传统治理方法在应对复杂地质条件与多场耦合致灾机制时面临监测响应滞后、工程干预粗放、生态修复失衡等瓶颈。水工环地质技术通过水文调控、岩体改性及环境修复的协同作用,为解决矿山地震灾害的“监测—治理—恢复”全链条防控提供了创新路径。文章就水工环地质技术的理论演进、技术集成与工程范式展开系统性探讨,以期望推动该领域形成更完善的灾害防控理论框架和标准化的工程应用体系。 With the expansion of the scale of deep resource exploitation,mine earthquake disasters continue to intensify.High-frequency and high-energy catastrophic events pose severe threats to production safety and disrupt regional ecological chains.Traditional management methods face bottlenecks such as delayed monitoring responses,coarse engineering interventions,and disproportionate ecological restoration when dealing with complex geological conditions and multi-field coupled disaster mechanisms.Through the synergistic effect of hydrological regulation,rock mass modification and environmental restoration,hydrogeological and environmental geotechnologies provide innovative solutions for the“monitoring-governance-restoratio”full-chain prevention and control of mine seismic disasters.This paper systematically discusses the theoretical evolution,technology integration and engineering paradigm of hydraulic enviroment geological technology,aiming to promote the formation of a more perfect theoretical framework of disaster prevention and control and a standardized engineering application system in this field.
