摘要
随着国家地震烈度速报与预警工程建设完善,国家及省级预警系统融合决策并产出了海量的预警数据。为了深入分析研究预警数据,满足预警业务系统评估等要求,设计开发了一套地震预警数据产出服务平台。通过对平台概况、设计架构、平台功能和应用实现等详细介绍,系统阐述了该平台通过汇集存储地震预警数据,处理并生成用于预警系统运行维护和评估等多项服务产品的过程以及成果。地震预警数据产出服务平台是国家烈度速报与预警系统的一项重要补充,其服务产品对预警系统的运行维护有着重要的参考价值。
With the construction of the National Seismic Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning Project,national and provincial early warning systems integrate decisions and produce massive amounts of early warning data.In order to analyze and study the early warning data in depth and meet the requirements of early warning business system evaluation,a set of earthquake early warning data output service platform was designed and developed.Through the detailed introduction of the platform overview,design architecture,platform functions,and application implementation,this paper explained how the platform can be used to collect and store earthquake early warning data,and process and generate multiple service products for early warning system operation,maintenance,and evaluation.The earthquake early warning data output service platform is an important supplement to the national intensity rapid reporting and early warning system,and its service products have important reference value for the operation and maintenance of the early warning system.
