摘要 The nature and chronostratigraphic position of the Rupelian-Chattian boundary(Early-Late Oligocene)unconformity in its historical type region(Belgium)is examined using biostratigraphy,strontium isotope dating of benthic foraminifera and K-Ar dating of glauconites.
