Fe(Ⅲ)-羧甲基淀粉配合物对高硫铝土矿脱硫浮选调控的机理研究

摘要 高硫铝土矿中硫的高效脱除是铝土矿应用的关键。本文通过添加药剂调变捕收剂在矿物表面的选择性吸附与矿物罩盖,有效地提高黄铁矿与一水硬铝石和高岭石的分离。以丁基黄药(SBX)捕收剂,研究了添加抑制剂前后以及抑制剂添加方式对矿物浮选回收率的影响。浮选试验结果表明,当抑制剂以75 mg/L的Fe(Ⅲ)-羧甲基淀粉配合物(Fe-CMS)加入后,黄铁矿的回收率略有降低,始终稳定在75.19%以上,且在铁离子和淀粉比值1∶7.5时,一水硬铝石和高岭石的回收率分别为9.69%和11.80%。另外,在矿浆pH低于8的情况下,Fe-CMS配合物抑制剂均可以获得较好的脱硫效果。混合矿浮选结果表明,铝土矿中硫含量可降至0.45%。红外光谱、吸附量分析、Zeta电位、接触角和XPS分析结果表明Fe-CMS的加入有效地抑制了SBX在一水硬铝石和高岭石的吸附,而对黄铁矿的吸附几乎没影响。Fe(Ⅲ)-羧甲基淀粉有效强化了捕收剂的脱硫性能。 The efficient removal of sulfur from high sulfur bauxite is the key to the application of bauxite.The separation of pyrite from diaspore and kaolinite was effectively improved by adding agents to adjust the selective adsorption and mineral coverage of collectors on the mineral surface.Butyl xanthate(SBX)collector was used to study the effects of adding inhibitor before and after,as well as adding method of inhibitor on mineral flotation recovery.The flotation test results shows that when the inhibitor is added with 75 mg/L Fe(Ⅲ)-carboxymethyl starch complex(Fe-CMS),the recovery of pyrite decrease slightly and remaine stable at more than 75.19%,when the ratio of iron ion to starch is 1∶7.5,the recovery of diaspore and kaolinite are 9.69%and 11.80%,respectively.In addition,when the pulp pH is lower than 8,the Fe-CMS complex inhibitor obtain a better desulfurization effect.The flotation results of mixed ore show that the sulfur content in bauxite is reduced to 0.45%.The results of infrared spectroscopy,adsorption capacity analysis,zeta potential,contact angle and XPS analysis show that the addition of Fe-CMS effectively inhibited the adsorption of SBX on diaspore and kaolinite,but has little effect on the adsorption of pyrite.The above results shows that Fe(Ⅲ)-CMS effectively enhances the desulfurization performance of the collector.
