DZ445合金在825℃和925℃下的高温氧化行为

摘要 研究了DZ445合金在825℃和925℃的高温氧化行为。结果表明:在不同温度下氧化膜均为三层结构,但呈现出不同的氧化行为。825℃下外氧化层主要为Al_(2)O_(3)、Cr_(2)O_(3)以及TiO_(2),内氧化层为Al_(2)O_(3),氧化144 h后出现不连续的中间层CrTaO_(4),在此温度下并未改变合金氧化机制;在925℃下外氧化层主要是Cr_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)和NiCr_(2)O_(4),内氧化层同样为Al_(2)O_(3),氧化12 h后出现连续的中间层CrTaO_(4)。此CrTaO_(4)形成后,氧化机制由合金元素的向外扩散控制转变为氧元素的向内扩散控制。 The high-temperature oxidation behavior of DZ445 alloy at 825℃and 925℃were investigated.The results shows that the oxide film has a three-layer structure at different temperatures,but exhibites different oxidation behaviors.At 825℃,the outer oxide layer is mainly composed of Al_(2)O_(3),Cr_(2)O_(3),and TiO_(2),while the inner oxide layer is Al_(2)O_(3).After 144 hours of oxidation,a discontinuous intermediate layer CrTaO_(4) appears,which does not change the alloy oxidation mechanism at this temperature;At 925℃,the outer oxide layer is mainly composed of Cr_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and NiCr_(2)O_(4),while the inner oxide layer is also Al_(2)O_(3).After 12 hours of oxidation,a continuous intermediate layer of CrTaO_(4) appears.After the formation of CrTaO_(4),the oxidation mechanism shifts from the outward diffusion control of alloy elements to the inward diffusion control of oxygen elements.
