大模型驱动汽车制造业全链路数字化转型的实践研究 被引量:3

Practical Research on Full-Chain Digital Transformation in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry Driven by Large-Scale Models

摘要 汽车制造业作为国民经济的核心支柱产业,正面临着技术迭代、供应链管理以及数据利用等诸多严峻挑战。工业互联网的蓬勃发展为汽车制造业的数字化转型开辟了新路径,使大模型技术在该领域的应用价值也日益彰显。研究创新性地构建了“生产单元-产业链-行业生态”三级分析框架,通过案例深入系统地剖析了大模型在汽车制造业不同层级的应用实践,总结出数据治理体系建设、模型轻量化技术、人机协同闭环系统和生态共建模式等宝贵经验。同时,对行业在技术融合创新、应用模式发展和产业生态重构等方面的未来发展趋势进行了预测研判,并从政策、技术、管理和市场四个关键层面提出了具有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。研究旨在全方位推动大模型驱动汽车制造业实现全链路数字化转型,助力汽车制造业在新时代实现高质量发展,重塑产业竞争优势。 As a core pillar industry of the national economy,the automotive manufacturing industry is facing numerous severe challenges such as technological iteration,supply chain management,and data utilization.The booming development of the industrial Internet has opened up new paths for the digital transformation of the automotive manufacturing industry,and the application value of large-model technology in this field is becoming increasingly prominent.This research innovatively constructs a three-level analysis framework of"production unit-industrial chain-industry ecosystem",and through cases,deeply and systematically analyzes the application practices of large models at different levels of the automotive manufacturing industry.It summarizes valuable experiences such as the construction of a data governance system,model lightweight technology,a human-machine collaborative closed-loop system,and an ecosystem co-construction model.At the same time,it forecasts and judges the future development trends of the industry in terms of technology integration and innovation,application model development,and industrial ecosystem reconstruction,and puts forward targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions from four key levels of policy,technology,management,and market.The aim is to comprehensively promote the full-link digital transformation of the automotive manufacturing industry driven by large models,help the automotive manufacturing industry achieve high-quality development in the new era,and reshape its industrial competitive advantage.
