大模型赋能制造业数字化转型实践案例分析与展望 被引量:1

Case Analysis and Prospect of Large Language Model Empowering Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry

摘要 模型的技术创新正成为企业数字化转型的核心驱动力,其发展呈现规模化、深度化与多领域融合特征。研究首先梳理了全球主要经济体在推动大模型技术落地过程中于政策支持与监管框架构建方面开展的相关工作,以及大模型为企业数字化转型带来新的机遇;接着,从基础层、模型与应用层和模型保障层三个方面对大模型技术架构进行了全面分析;最后,以联想“擎天3.0”大模型为实践案例进行研究分析,发现大模型与智能体结合可显著提升企业运营效率,覆盖全场景数字化转型需求,同时企业应用大模型面临算力投入与回报失衡的挑战。未来,在加速产业价值链升级的同时,应同步完善行业标准体系和伦理治理体系,并构建大模型以赋能制造业数字化转型可持续发展格局。 The technological innovation of the large language model is becoming the core driving force for the digital transformation of enterprises,and its development is characterized by scale,depth and multi domain integration.The paper first reviews the relevant work on policy support and regulatory framework construction in the process of promoting the implementation of large language model technology in major economies around the world,and the new opportunities brought by the large language model for enterprise digital transformation.Then,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the technical architecture of the large language model from three aspects:the foundation layer,the model and application layer,and the model support layer.Finally,taking Lenovo"Qingtian 3.0"large language model as a practical case study,it is found that the combination of large language model and agent can significantly improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,covering the needs of digital transformation in the whole scene.At the same time,the enterprise application of large language model faces the challenge of unbalanced computing investment and return.In the future,while accelerating the upgrading of the industrial value chain,it is necessary to simultaneously improve the industry standard system and ethical governance system,and build a large language to enable the sustainable development pattern of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
