二元复合驱后加密井网及化学驱提高采收率实验研究

Experimental Study on Enhanced Oil Recovery by Chemical Flooding and Infilled Well Pattern Following Binary Chemical Flooding

摘要 井网加密和化学驱是提高采收率的重要方法。文章基于可视化装置,验证了加密井网和化学驱在不同非均质条件下的适应性。研究表明:加密井网和化学驱协同能有效改变原注水流线分布,增强对弱波及区域的控制程度。在非均质油藏中展现出良好的降水增油效果,采收率增幅达11.04%~18.12%。此外,储层非均质程度与水驱和二元驱阶段的采收率增幅呈负相关,加密井网和化学驱协同技术的适应性随非均质性增强而更加显著。因此,对于非均质性严重的油藏建议实施协同技术,进一步提高采收率。 Well pattern infill drilling and chemical flooding are critical techniques for enhanced oil recovery(EOR).This study employs a visualized experimental setup to evaluate the adaptability of chemical flooding and infilled well pattern under varying reservoir heterogeneity conditions.The results demonstrate that the combination of chemical flooding and infilled well pattern effectively alters the initial waterflood streamline distribution,significantly improving sweep efficiency in poorly swept zones.In heterogeneous reservoirs,this method exhibits remarkable effectiveness in reducing water-cut and enhancing incremental oil recovery,resulting in increased recovery factors ranging from 11.04%to 18.12%.Additionally,reservoir heterogeneity negatively correlates with incremental oil recovery during waterflooding and binary chemical flooding stages,whereas the adaptability of the synergistic approach becomes more pronounced as heterogeneity increases.Therefore,it is strongly recommended to implement the synergistic application of infilled wel pattern and chemical flooding in reservoirs characterized by significant heterogeneity to further enhance oil recovery.
