榆林市高泥沙含量引黄工程泵站设计

Selection Analysis of Yellow River Diversion Pump Station Based on Heavy Sediment in Yulin

摘要 为了确保黄河高含沙水流下的抽水泵站能满足使用要求,基于榆林市引黄工程基本概况,在分析泵站布置、水沙特性和泵站特征水位、净扬程的基础上,从投资、运行和管理方面对葛富村一级泵站与百雨沟二级泵站泵型和台数进行探讨。结果表明,立式离心泵具有较好的抗沙磨蚀性能,两级泵站采用5台工作泵、1台备用泵的方式,可在确保引水流量的基础上减轻泥沙腐蚀。 In order to ensure that the pumping station under the high sediment concentration water flow of the Yellow River meets the requirements for use,based on the basic overview of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Yulin,this paper analyzed the pump station layout,water and sediment characteristics,pump station characteristic water level,and net head.From the aspects of investment,operation,and management,the pump types and quantities of the Gefu Village first stage pump station and the Baiyugou second stage pump station were discussed.The results showed that the vertical centrifugal pump had good anti-sand erosion performance.The two-stage pump station adopted a method of five working pumps and one standby pump,which could reduce sediment corrosion while ensuring the water diversion flow rate.
