摘要
系统综述了菌藻共生系统的作用机制,阐述了该系统中细菌主导的有机物氧化与反硝化脱氮路径、微藻驱动的光合固碳与氮磷同化过程;综述细菌-微藻系统的群体感应现象与信号分子(如AHLs、IAA)介导的菌藻互作网络;根据菌藻共生系统主要的规模化困境,总结不同影响因素对系统的影响与其对应工艺。
This paper systematically reviewed the action mechanisms of algae-bacteria symbiosis system,elaborating on the bacteria-driven organic matter oxidation and denitrification nitrogen removal pathways,as well as the microalgae-driven photosynthetic carbon fixation and nitrogen-phosphorus assimilation processes.It also overviewed the quorum sensing phenomena in bacterial-microalgal systems and the bacteria-microalgae interaction networks mediated by signaling molecules(such as AHLs and IAA).According to the main large-scale application dilemmas of algae-bacteria symbiotic systems,this review summarized the impacts of various influencing factors on the system and their corresponding processes.
