摘要
大学生的积极心理品质具有积极性、潜藏性、可塑性、差异性等特点,培育大学生积极心理品质对推进人才强国战略目标、促进社会和谐发展、落实高校立德树人根本任务和实现学生全面发展具有重要的价值向度。当前,大学生在积极心理品质发展中面临个体认知缺乏系统性、情绪表达缺乏主动性、意志品质缺乏坚韧性等现实困境。因此,我们应采取积极措施助力大学生积极心理品质的提升,为国家和社会培养高素质人才。
The positive psychological qualities of college students have the characteristics of positivity,potentiality,malleability,and variability.Cultivating the positive psychological qualities college students is of great significance for promoting the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,realizing the fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people,promoting the harmonious of society and the all-round development of students.At present,the development of positive psychological qualities of college students is facing the realistic difficulties of lack of systematic individual cognition lack of initiative in emotional expression,and lack of tenacity in will quality.Therefore,we should take active measures to help improve the positive psychological quality of college students and cultivate high-quality talents for the country and society.
