摘要
T/CPCA 6044A—2025《印制电路板安全性一般要求》标准是2017年版的升级版。随着5G通信、人工智能、新能源汽车等新兴技术蓬勃发展,对印制电路板的性能要求也发生了巨大变化,如要求更高的功率承载、更强的抗干扰能力等,而该标准的2017版部分内容已显滞后,急需修订。因此,紧跟行业技术发展的步伐。建立更加贴近行业前沿、更具指导性的标准规范,是行业健康、有序发展的需要。同时,希望行业内各相关企业结合T/CPCA 6044A—2025标准与企业自身产品特点,制定或更新本企业的实际生产标准,将标准中的测试要求转化为本企业的周期性测试规范,定期测评,减少安全性生产损失。
This standard is an upgraded version,which was released in 2017.With the booming development of emerging technologies such as 5G communication,artificial intelligence,and new energy vehicles,there have been significant changes in the performance requirements for printed circuit boards,such as higher power carrying capacity and stronger anti-interference ability.Some of the contents of the 2017 version of the standard have fallen behind and cannot adapt to the security needs of new technology scenarios.It is now urgent to establish a more industry friendly and guiding Chinese printed circuit board safety specification based on the latest industry development situation.It is hoped that enterprises in the industry will combine this standard with their own product characteristics to formulate or update their own safety standards,and convert these tests into periodic testing for enterprises.Regularly evaluate the product,Reduce losses caused to the company due to printed board safety issues.
