摘要
在哺乳动物胚胎发育早期,卵母细胞来源的mRNA是唯一的基因表达来源,直到合子基因组激活(zygotic genome activation,ZGA)[1].此时,母源mRNA的稳定性和翻译调控对胚胎发育至关重要[2].在众多影响母源mRNA稳定性和翻译效率的因素中,poly(A)尾的长度调控尤为关键[3].已有研究表明,较长的poly(A)尾通常有助于mRNA的稳定性和翻译,而较短的poly(A)尾则会抑制翻译并加速mRNA降解[4].
